Support Contracts
Whether you're looking to completely outsource your IT, or
simply provide your existing IT department with an additional
resource, Impreza are happy to assist.
Impreza offer a range of flexible support contracts that can be
tailored to suit your IT needs. Our support engineers can
receive real-time updates from your servers, allowing us to
recognise potential problems before they become major issues.
We also run an online helpdesk which enables you
to log on to view the progress of your support issue, as well
as the detail of which engineer is working on it, and the time
taken to resolve it. The helpdesk page you log onto is your own,
and sets out, by month, the support calls you have made, with the
time taken to complete each issue. You are therefore able to
monitor how much of your contracted time you have used each month,
as well as being able to assess any ongoing issues.
